About Greg

Biography

A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Greg is licensed to practice in Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Greg began representing pest control companies in 1996. He has served as National Coordinating Counsel for two different pest related programs. Representing pest management professionals from Puerto Rico to Arizona and Florida to North Carolina, Greg gas earned the nick name “Bug Lawyer”.

Now operating as a boutique litigation firm, Crosslin & Associates, P.C. represents pest control industry members almost exclusively from organism inspection cases to termite damage cases; from toxic exposure to mold cases to bed bug claims; Greg has been involved in the significant litigation that has faced the pest management industry.

His work is not limited to the court room. He has made dozens of presentations for local, state and national pest management associations on topics ranging from risk management to litigation prevention. He is a recognized authority in the industry having published numerous articles in the most prestigious trade magazine, PCT and PMP. Because of his body of work, Greg was invited to join the pest control fraternity Pi Chi Omega.

Greg’s work has also expanded into the manufacturing arena as he has worked with Bayer, Syngenta and Nisus on issues they face and those faced by their pest control customers.

Greg’s most favorite accomplishment has been his ability to work with ASPCRO and its various state members to assist the nation’s pest control regulatory officials to work directly with industry members to expand and approve consumer protection, education, and to facilitate an open dialogue between regulators and operators.
